Who will be the quickest team to change the tires of your one-seater?

A competition against the clock for a unique team building experience. During incentive events or during single programs we will create teams of 10 people who will change the tires on our one-seaters, exactly in the same way a sit happens during GP.
When the car (driven by one of our professional drivers) drives in, the “mechanics” will have to lift it, unscrew the nuts through special devices, change tires, take down the car and give the go ahead to the driver.

Are they going to make it within 10 seconds? Who will be the quickest team? What will be the special prize?
